Essential site functions may use limited storage for security, forms, your saved privacy choice, and private team authentication. If you send an event inquiry, we receive the details you submit so we can respond and plan the requested production.

We keep inquiry and business records only as long as reasonably needed for the request, our working relationship, legal obligations, security, and ordinary business records.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may be delivered through Google Tag Manager. They are blocked on this site until you choose “Allow analytics.” These tools can help us understand page use, navigation, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, and site performance.

Choosing “Reject analytics” keeps the analytics transport off while essential storage remains available for security, forms, your saved privacy choice, and private team authentication. If you later withdraw permission, the site stops loading analytics on the next page load and attempts to remove known first-party analytics cookies. A withdrawal cannot erase information already sent before the choice changed.

California privacy choices

Some California privacy rules may treat disclosures to analytics or advertising providers as a sale or sharing even when no money changes hands. Use the “Your privacy choices” tab on any public page to allow or decline optional analytics.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and keep optional analytics off. We do not ask you to opt back in on every visit. Your saved choice remains in place until you change it, clear site storage, or the notice materially changes.

You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights that may apply to personal information we hold. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or systems, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
